Marc Fakhrai has spent more than ten years in dental practice sales, mergers, and acquisitions, managing over $30 million in transactions across Ontario. His path into dental real estate was unusual — and it is exactly what makes the work different.
Before real estate, Marc managed dental office construction projects: the plumbing under the operatories, the electrical capacity behind the compressors, the build-out budgets that decide whether a beautiful space is a viable clinic. Layered on top of that came years of commercial and residential real estate across the GTA, an MBA, and an engineering degree.
The result is a team that reads a practice the way a buyer's lender, contractor, and accountant will — before it ever goes to market. Sellers get valuations that hold up under due diligence. Buyers get opportunities that hold up under financing. Landlords get tenants that hold up over the lease.
